Cove offers two sizes of slicers and dicers. The SS Series is for high capacity slicing, up to 10,000 pounds an hour. The SS series also was designed to accept large, whole muscle pieces up to 16" x 8".
The FS series of slicers are smaller versions of the SS, accepting pieces up to 7.5" x 4". The FS series are used throughout the world for small and medium sized processors. They are very economical for capacities of up to 3,000 pounds per hour.
